Heat in the sandwich press, microwave or oven. Meat-free, easy peasy plant-based, gluten free and no nasties. Suitable for Vegans. Free from dairy, wheat, egg and yeast. Ingredients Water, chickpeas, fava beans, onions, parsley, coriander, spices, rice bran oil, salt and garlic. This product is made on equipment that processes sesame seeds and soy products and may contain traces of these allergens. STORAGERefrigerate at or below 4˚C Consume within 3 days of opening. Once opened store in an airtight container below 4˚C Heating Instructions Must heat falafel to above 75˚C prior to consumption Remove falafel from plastic. SANDWICH PRESS: Heat falafel in sandwich press for approx 5 minutes.MICROWAVE: Place falafels on a microwave safe plate.
