Once the burning cone reaches the hollow area (allow a couple of minutes) the smoke will flow downwards in a stunning waterfall effect. If used with Standard Cones, smoke will flow from the top of the cone as usual and there will be no cascade effect – make sure you purchase special BACKFLOW CONES for the correct effect.Our KOI LOTUS backflow burner is one of our larger burners. Made with a matte brown pottery finish, your backflow cone sits at the top of the burner, allowing the smoke to cascade down over the leaves below, then flow gracefully into the fishpond, leaving a beautiful impression of the two koi fish swimming in misty water.
