Description A straight, no-water-added kamameshi base for cooking 2 cups of rice. ● Simply add it to 2 cups of rice and cook in a rice cooker for perfect kamameshi every time. ● Enjoy the crab kamameshi from the famous crab restaurant Koura Honten right at home. ● Made with crab, bamboo shoots, and shiitake mushrooms, finished with a Hokkaido kelp dashi. Ingredients: Bamboo shoots (from China), crab, soy sauce, shiitake mushrooms, mirin, salt, sugar, crab extract, kelp, yeast extract/alcohol, seasonings (amino acids, etc.), (contains crab, wheat, and soybeans) Tips:- We recommend using the “white rice mode” on your electric rice cooker. Avoid the quick-cook mode, as it may leave the rice undercooked in the center. Because cooking modes vary by brand and model, our product is tested using the most standard setting, white rice mode. If your cooker has an okowa (sticky rice) mode or takikomi (seasoned rice) mode, you may use those as well.
