An all-natural organically certified agave syrup from Guadalajara, Jalisco in Mexico, made from the extracted juice of 100% organic Blue Weber agave, and absolutely nothing else. With its smooth fluidity and requiring no dilution with water, this versatile syrup delivers candied flavours of nougat and toasted nuts, making it an excellent choice for many types of cocktails, in particular for your favourite tequila and mezcal-based drinks. PRODUCTION Carefully selected agave plants, which reach the strict requirements on age and Brix fructose levels are harvested. In a patented production method, the stems of the agave plant are then crushed to extract the juice.
