Description Halter/In-Hand whips are designed to be used to cue the horse while on lead. Ideal for ranchers, herders, and equestrians, this whip is designed with an action allowing it to easily break the sound barrier and generate a loud “pop.” Halter whips are available in a choice of shaft lengths ranging from 44″ to 66″ with a 3″ lash, to allow for proper distance from the animal while training. All Halter Whips feature a 12″ black-braided popper with either a “Standard” soft black rubber handle. Made in U.S.A.
