Carefully place the cup onto the included metal plate with the ceramic heat disc beneath – best burned on a heatproof plate, censer or smudge pot as the charcoal will become red hot during use.As the cup heats up, the resins will naturally release their fragrant smoke, cleansing your space and creating a naturally soothing atmosphere.
