Today, it can be used to purify homes, offices or other spaces; the smell of sage will remind you of the desert and the sacredness of life.HOW TO USE Just hold a flame to the rim of the cup and once it is ignited work your way around the rest of the rim until the charcoal is gently glowing and continuing to spread its heat over the rest of the cup (this may take a minute or two). Carefully place the cup onto the included metal plate with the ceramic heat disc beneath – best burned on a heatproof plate, censer or smudge pot as the charcoal will become red hot during use.As the cup heats up, the resins will naturally release their fragrant smoke, cleansing your space and creating a naturally soothing atmosphere.
